Overall the experience was solid. They were able to turn around the car in reasonable amount of time given the supply chain issues. They had to repair my Tesla Model 3 and were able to coordinate with Tesla on technical issues related to the repair work.I would recommend Flower Hill Auto Body to anyone in need to auto body repair work.

I would recommend anyone to this shop! The work done on my car exceeded my expectations! Two doors needed to be replaced and the paint match and the blending with the fenders was amazing. The staff is very professional and friendly that consistently gave me updates on the repairs on my vehicle. I will definitely be bringing back my cars to this shop for any future repairs needed!

I took delivery of my 2022 Tesla Model Y in May 2022. One month later in June, I got rear ended at a red light by a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. Given how safe Teslas are, my fiancé and I were not hurt thankfully, but the rear of the vehicle was pretty smashed up. I heard great things about the work that Flower Hill does (plus, I hear it is a pretty rigorous process to become Tesla certified), so that is where I had my brand new one-month old car brought. There was a three month delay receiving the parts needed for repairs due to supply chain issues (not their fault I have to assume), but it was worth the wait because the car looked absolutely brand new upon picking it up yesterday. The people at Flower Hill are professional and friendly, communicating with you the whole way through the repair process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, no matter what car needs work done.

Yes. we have partnered with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to arrange a rental car for the duration of your car service, using your insurance company`s policies and guidelines or billed directly to you or another party. Enterprise is on site at Flower Hill Auto Body for your convenience .We also offer complimentary pickup and delivery and shuttle service to aid you in your transportation.
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. Our experienced staff will be happy to assist you in all aspect of your vehicle repair, including working directly with your insurance company to process your claim, with the minimal amount of hassle for you.
No appointment is necessary. You are welcome to drive your vehicle to us or you can call us to arrange for towing or pickup, if you prefer. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Sunday: Closed

No, section 2610 of the NYS Insurance Law states: you have the right as the vehicle owner or lessee to have your vehicle inspected and repaired at auto body shop of your chose. Better yet, if you have not yet reported the claim to your insurance company come see us first and we will handle the entire claim process for you!
