By far the best McDonald's i have ever been to. From being greeted over the speaker to getting my food and driving away was not even 2 minutes. Everyone was nice and seemed cheerful.

Horrible service order a qtr pounder w/cheese and a med fry waited for it to be made fresh, staff horrible very slow and unprofessional store totally dirty and smells. After at least 20 min I get my food. I go to my car finally take a bite it's completely raw, bloody raw. I go back in container open in hand bag with fries in the other. Walk towards the counter and get totally ignored. Customers even start speaking about the service and my sandwich. I got the employee attention tough she tried her hardest to ignore me. She walked over I showed her she said what's wrong with it. I said not trying to be smart look at it the customer behind me laughed and said seriously come on. Sandwich was remade of course I didn't want to eat after that I waited another 20 + min. No apology NOTHING Couldn't eat for 3 days after diarrhea and nausea. This was the worst! This was about a week ago. Got pies today and shakes will order no meat items here at this location ever again. Be careful they won't discard old pies they just peel off the tags I'm done here be careful. Something should be done fast poor mgmt!!! I'm going to add the pics to their photos. Be aware bad food handling!!!

This place is horrible! I ordered breakfast via door dash and the order was wrong. I called the store for them to fix my order and bring it back out. I spoke with the store manager Deondre Snuff. He basically made it seem like I was trying scam to get free breakfast.He told me to bring the food back and they would remake it . What’s the point of ordering food to be delivered only to drive back to the place from which you had it delivered? He said, “You could tell me the order was I wrong and it wasn’t and we lost out on $40.” Seriously? My friend said it best. Customer service is not what it used to be before the pandemic.

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. We waited over half an hour for our food to come out. My order was a double cheeseburger and a 6-piece. Very little communication from crew members. It looked like the people inside were getting forsaken for the drive thru customers. Wendy's has never treated us with this little regard. I only wish I could give less stars.
