Waited in line for over an hour for 2 cheeseburgers 2 med fries and 20 nuggets. Absolutely unreal. I didn’t even think that was possible. When we got to the window the staff was rude and dismissive.

WORST PLACE I’VE EVER HAVE IN MY LIFE. I wish I can give them 0 star. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered a Happy Meal, a hamburger and a sandwich. They gave me only ONE sauce, I asked for more but she said I only have a Happy Meal so I have to pay extra if I ask for more sauce. I said I have a hamburger and a sandwich. She said hamburger and sandwich don’t come with sauce. So what’s come with sauce?!???? And for Happy Meal, instead of included the toys for kids, she put TRASH inside the Happy Meal box. Worst customer service, horrible attitude, and supper RUDE. Don’t wasted your time and don’t waste your money here!!!!

“We are down” or “The system is down” is all you will hear on 3rd shift. I’ve been there multiple time at different times in the night. Ive got a 30min lunch I’ve even tried ordering online and my online order was never even noticed to be prepared and the I was told it was my fault I didn’t let them know! I’ve had nothing but issues even if the choose to serve me. I will never refer anyone here it will always be the opposite!

Always slow but sometimes the food is good when they're busy because they have to make it fresh but don't order anything that you want to have anything taken off of or added to your burger or sandwich because they won't do it they will just give you what it comes with and every time I've went after 10 p.m. or later it's always cold obviously stale food that has been sitting under the heat lamp for hours and especially the fries will be soggy cold and disgusting and if you try to call in and complain they call you a liar pretty much and are very rude and won't do anything to fix it and when asked for their name so you can call corporate they won't give it because they know what they're doing is wrong and I definitely don't deserve no $15 an hour I would say 6 for the job they do once they get their act together and can get orders correct and good food to the customers then we should consider the $15 an hour but this particular McDonald's doesn't deserve it
