We have been mailbox customers of this branch for...wow, more than a decade now! These people work hard and know their shipping, and are all nice, chill people who honestly put up with A LOT. Many of these negative reviews sound like people who have an issue with UPS corporate, or want to bend the rules of time and space - this little franchise cannot do much to help anyone on those points! These employees have the patience of saints, especially around the holidays when customers collectively lose their minds.
