What UPS store.. #1 place to return Amazon packages with a QR code does not have good wifi? I watched for 30 minutes 3 people in front of me try and bring up their QR code to return their Amazon items. I will never ever go to this UPS location again. And yes, not the most helpful customer service, lack of skills in being helpful but not rude either.

Updating my review from two years ago. While I’ve been using this business for going on 12 or 13 years, the quality has definitely declined. They still do their best to give a good service, but the location is definitely very small for how busy they are. Are used to be that if you had a mailbox you could just go up to the counter and they would give you packages they were holding for you. Over the past couple of years I’ve been in line for sometimes as long as an hour just to get a couple of packages. I understand the pandemic and staffing issues, but I have been annoyed. The reason for only taking off one star is because they are still very trustworthy and thoughtful. That counts for so much in this day and age! ………. Since about 2010 I have used a box at this store for my business mailing address. The staff is super, although recently they’ve hired some new employees. The staff do their best to keep up with demand while offering great customer service. Because it is such a tiny store, it often appears far more crowded than it actually is. Each customer is given quality service, which does mean a longer wait at times. I’ve used their fax and printing services, as well as getting copies made. I absolutely love their mailbox service, especially for packages! It’s absolutely wonderful to know I can safely leave everything in their hands while I travel.

So, this is the thing that puts a business above and beyond the rest. The little things, at least for me, that I remember and keep me going back in the future. It’s Saturday, and this location closes at 5:00pm, but it’s now 5:02pm when I arrive at there front door. A young gentleman is standing locking the door and waiting on the last couple of people inside to finish up. I ask, “any chance of dropping these off?.” Although, a little reluctant, he opens the door for me and allows me to drop off my packages. It saved me a 45 minute round trip to the next nearest location. Thank you guys!!! I appreciate you.

I felt that the employees working there were super rude to me both times I went in. And they also gave me wrong info. The first guy said I could have something shipped there for 5$ for a pickup fee. The next guy said that FedEx wouldn't ship to a UPS store. But he said in such a rude tone almost yelling. I think this is probably the worst UPS store I've ever been in. The employees have the attitude like they don't want to help or even be there to begin with. I'd avoid this store at all costs if you want something important done.

Yes you can
They have a notary on site from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and just make sure you haven't signed the paper and bring your id

Yes. I'm pretty sure. I just drop packages using usps there but it seems to be full service.
