Their delivery drivers need to be undergoing drug testing, IMMEDIATELY. My neighbor had health supplies arriving via FedEx and it was really confusing as to why our package had been delivered to a nonexistent mailroom according to their own tracking information. We of course couldn't find it so I helped contact fedex, they claimed that there was no unit number, we gave it to them so they could deliver it once more. But then their story started to fall apart, because if there's no unit number, then how come it was tagged as delivered? Minutes after the call, we got a text saying that they were looking for our package. Then, our landlord comes to us with our package in hand, it turns out the FedEx driver had put the package in defunct mailboxes that are clearly not being used and we would have NEVER found it had there not been a witness paying attention, he had been watching the FedEx driver move his road cones out of the way to drive across his recently paved cement and backed up instead of driving up and delivering our package like a competent human being, as if road cones and caution tape doesn't mean "stay out of this particular area" or something, the cone wasn't even put back after the driver left. Understandably the landlord is quite angry with FedEx, and we're all quite baffled that the driver was willing to break the law by using USPS mailboxes and resorting to destruction of property. There's been so many things going wrong with FedEx this year, but this beat them all by far, I now avoid FedEx and I'm willing to pay premium prices in order to do so. Seriously, DRUG TEST YOUR DRIVERS ASAP, and stop lying.
