They delivered my package to their own service area then marked my package as signed and delivered and you literally cannot talk to a person on the phone to figure out what’s going on.

Never ever use this company! I ordered meds for my son who has kidney failure.. I received a leather purse instead and cannot get anyone on the phone who cares about helping get me the correct package

If I could give zero stars I would. DHL has lost 2 out of 2 packages that I have ordered. So I call customer service, stay on hold for as long as I can stand, and eventually take their offer to have them call me "when its my turn in cue" which apparently means never. Pony Express could have trotted me my item (a card reader for my business) 3 times by now. Absolutely terrible. Be better DHL

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. They never pay us on time and when they do the paycheck is always messed up and then blame you for the pay discrepancy. They work you like dogs and than punish you for working you like dogs. They don't care about their employees and constsntly give them the run around and pass the buck off. Managment tells us they "own us for 14 hours" of the day. They work us insane hours and expect us to get everything done and when we physically can't because of time restrictions the company tries to make the drivers lie for them. None of us get to see our families or have any kind of personal life's. I would never recommend someone working for the place or doing business with DHL. This place is absolute garbage.
