It'll be nice to know that you cannot return Amazon items at this location. They don't pick up the phone when i called multiple times. 3 stars at best.

I was running around today trying to find a place to print my label for a USPS return because I waited for nearly an hour at the post office only to be told that they couldn’t print for me. I then went to a fed ex and they also couldn’t print. Finally tried this UPS location and Karina was amazing. Not only did she not charge me to print my USPS label, but she offered to send out my package to save me running another errand back to the post office to drop it off. 10/10 would recommend coming here for future business and grateful to have been met by a super friendly and helpful customer care associate. In 2022 it's asinine that I can't speak directly to a person at this facility. Anytime there is a delay, UPS makes it impossible to locate the package for interception. I plan my entire week around live plant delevies due to the amount of time it takes to process the plants upon arrival. A delay throws everything off. Could easily be avoided if UPS cared enough to notify customers of when the package is available to be picked up instead of having to chase it all over town.

Yes. The customer entrance as around the back of the building on the NW side when you approach on Alderwood. It's a little confusing, but it's the right place.

You need to call for pkg to be placed in Will Call. (It's closed on the weekend) Depending on when they locate your pkg, then you can go pick it up at the guard shack area, I believe.
That's not public info... Call 1-800-pickups they can help! Is there a question I might be able to answer for you right quick? ( I'm an Alderwood driver)
