Called about a Jeep Wrangler they had on Wednesday and asked of there were any leaks, guy said " No leaks"...Drove 45 minutes and it was leaking from several places.. Even had puddles underneath. When he came out to meet me I told him there were several leaks and he says "oh"...then silence for a good 30 seconds and as I'm walking off he says have a good one!...I was lied to and there's no way you couldn't have known about the leaks

Most recently purchased a car from Doug's car drove fine in the test drive, but all the cars we test drove where almost completely out of gas. Making hard to test the car because you don't want to run out of gas. The car we chose ran find during test drive. The salesman claimed he and his tech had driven the car and it ran very well. Which seemed to be the case on the short test drive we where able to preform. Now here we sit needing a new transmission one month later. My mechanic said they had to know there was a problem if they check out the car at all before putting g it up for sale.

Worst place to get a car!!! Do not come here. Those are horrible cars. They will ignore you and make excuses on why they can’t fix your car. My car lasted five months. They will still make you pay even when motor is out and won’t offer to fix the repairs. They are hell!

I was recently interested in a vehicle they had for sale, so I called them and verified that it was available. I left work early and drove 50 mins only to discover when I arrived that it was in the shop and not available for a test drive. The salesman explained that it needed a repair and should be available by tomorrow. I called the following day and was told that it was not complete. Then called 4 days later and told the same. I left my number with the salesman who said he would call me when it was complete. No call and after checking the vehicle has been sold. I understand things happen, but this was pretty poor service and lack of respect. Unfortunately I’ll be buying a vehicle elsewhere!!
