Kathy really needs more training on how to be in customer service. She gave me a non working number for canyon county. So I called back to see if I wrote the number down wrong or she gave it to me wrong. I was greeted with rudeness that I haven’t experienced in a very long time. I just had surgery trying to get some more time. Which I told her on the first call. (So maybe I wrote the number down wrong) She could’ve been polite and repeated the number. Then a simple sorry that is the only contact for them. Instead she was completely rude. Which looking at the reviews on here seems it’s a reoccurring problem.
