So, I brought my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder in for brake service and lof service. Forward one week and my car is leaking oil! (No leaks before Dowdy's). I called them and they were quick to jump on it: "oh no! Bring it in as soon as you can...". So I did, and they got right on it. I'm really impressed with how fast they made this a priority and they were really cool with letting me hawkeye their remediation efforts. Turns out the oil filter did not seat properly so they replaced it, cleaned EVERYTHING underneath the carriage, then ran it (car motor running) to check to make sure no leaks. Long story short, they turned a minor annoyance into a pretty cool customer experience and ... Yes, I will do business here again.

Friendly staff, excellent customers service, if there is a problem they would hard to resolve it.I will definitely be coming back.

Dowdys was very professional, kind and worked to get our car running even through a tricky problem. They were so kind to my daughter when she came to pick the car up. The prices were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Dowdy's to others!
