I tried to move 3 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile to my daughter's account. one of which needs a new phone. Since two already had phones they were willing to pay them off, the third line needed a new phone but since she had dropped a line 77 days prior they would not give the 3rd line a deal on a new phone because of a 90 rule on dropping a line before activating a new line but they were ok paying off two phones which was going to cost more per phone then any deal they would have made on the third phone (needed to replace due to cracked screen I would have had to pay it off myself anyway.) Had I not needed to replace the third phone T-Mobile would have paid off all 3 phones and the 90 days would not have mattered. After two phone calls lasting an hour a piece we came to the conclusion that T-Mobile would rather lose 3 new lines of service than waive 13 days of a 90 day technically over one line of service. Guess they just don't want new customers.

Went to t-mobile on 119 and Divison they had 6 people working in small location people just sitting around around. They didn't have the Z fold. Had to go to Cascade Station one. Waited for hour still haven't been helped. Saw 4 employees come from the back they didn't help anybody. Faster service buying car.

Had great service while buying a new phone, transferred all the information from the old phone to the new quickly and efficiently. Had the pixel phone in stock . Friendly knowledgeable staff. The only issue is parking on the weekend, hard to find a spot, super crowded.
