The Washington St store has amazing staff. They’re professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Aaron Hodges goes above and beyond to help his customers. The service is wonderful at this store. As a customer for 20 years, with multiple lines I highly recommend this store. The staff will meet your service needs.

I originally went to the AT & T store to replace a phone that had stopped working. I ended up having to return to the store twice. The first time was because the phone I purchased wasn't coming on after a full charge. I then had to bring the phone they replaced it with back because I was assigned a new phone number that already belonged to someone else. Fortunately the sales associate was able to restore my old number to me. So far things seem to be working correctly. If I have to take the current phone back for any reason, I will be asking for a full refund and will take my business to one of your competitors. Replacing a defunct phone shouldn't be this difficult or take up this much of my time. I'm still on the fence as to whether I will continue with AT & T in the future. I might switch carriers once the current phone dies.

I took a 7-yr-old Alcatel cell phone here to upgrade it after ATT changed to 5G. I had been told at the store on NE Broadway that it was junk and should be thrown away. But a little research showed that wasn't true. So I tried this store on SE Washington. The lady who served me confirmed it was acceptable and renewed it quickly and professionally. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service she provided. I am reluctant to give her name in a review, but her initials are DL, and she deserves praise and a raise!

If I could give the staff at this location 0 stars I would. Everytime we go here all we get is the runaround. Their response to any issues is to try and sell you a new phone. How about fixing the problem instead on the recently bought phone! The staff never seems to want to put in the work. Do as little as they have to and get you out the door. Once I get my phone working it will be bye-bye ATT.
