My husband and I switch to T-Mobile and have loved it. We have two kids and a bunch of devices so we were a little high maintenance. The rep we had was amazing. Alli went over and above, was extremely patient, and made sure all our devices worked and even helped me with my daughters watch (dumb gps calling things)!! We always go to this store because of the amazing service Alli provided! We switched from AT&T and I was a first time customer. I highly recommend!

When I first started over 5 years ago with T-Mobile I had some issues, but they went out of their way to make me happy and they did. I would reccommend T-Mobile to all of my friends and family and EVERYONE else. Been with them for over 5 years and their costumer service and service alone is outstanding!! Prices are very reasonable as well. If you haven't tried it, You definitely should. No kidding. I'm impressed! Just try it out and I'm sure you will agree.
