The absolutely worst service I've ever experienced with a phone company. Don't get caught up with this company. You'll pay more than just money. You'll pay in hours on the phone with them to have nothing resolved. You'll pay by not being able to take your online classes, you'll pay in so many ways. PATHETIC

Scammers. Reporting to Better Business Bureau and seeking legal action. (1) I asked to separate prior shared account into dedicated individual accounts; they assured same-plan carry-over from prior, but quietly upgraded me to more expensive plan. (2) Offered $100 Pixel 6 promo. I offered to pay there, they said no and kept things vague. Skeptical, I checked account after - I'm paying full price. Called, they had some "technicality" for ineligibility (but kept it quiet, I had to look). I told the rep at Lloyd, he said "wait for full billing cycle". Called support, they said he's lying. Lloyd rep was extremely aggressive and bullying. (3) Fine, I'll return the phone. "You can't do it here, call 611". I call, "we can't do it via mail, try another physical store." I know they're trying to get me to toss in the towel, but I won't give it to them. I go to another store, and they charged me a $70 restocking fee. Three intentional scams: plan upgrade, full-price phone, restocking penalty for discovery.
