Went in to store today to get mobile hotspot. Kat and Julie were working and already busy with multiple customers each multitasking and keeping everyone happy. They quickly acknowledged me and were with me as soon as they could. Once helping me they both provided excellent service. Making me aware of all my options and helped me to make the right purchase. Friendly knowledgable and fun.

Yes just contact Verizon
Your asking publicly on Google. You should contact the store or verizon phone support on another phone. Or if possible go into the store itself. I used to work there and most employees are willing to help solve tech questions, but if it's more difficult than something they know off the top of their head they will connect you to verizon phone support. I know it can take a while to get someone on the phone but other than the wait customer service with verizon is actually really good most of the time.
