I came into this store after leaving the Lloyd centre cricket location and the gentleman Carlos and Ryuji Where working and extremely helpful with a situation that could have been resolved at the Lloyd center location if the gentleman would have been wearing a mask. But he wasn't so I left there and I am glad I did. They were great employees and I will be back to this cricket location. Thank you cricket!

There is a worker there that is truly for myself a honest breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service... Today I panicked phone problems with $$ hanging in the balance.. Bad time as we all know, to lose phone connection. What can I do . "lets see if Carlos can help?" Man Ok!well! long story short. He got me through a stolen phone a frozen connection and my old as is back in action. Thanks cricket for hiring someone like that....and not just in Portland. Hell I'm old everywhere I go 63.
