She went above and beyond to make everything easier for me, and you can tell she truly just wants to make car buying an easy and fair experience for anyone. It’s with great pleasure that I offer this review for Hope Motorz. I cannot find enough good things to say about this business! First, there’s Elena, co-owner of the dealership. Elena’s prompt, friendly response to my request for a test drive and quick text replies to a couple of questions gave a good first impression. I wanted to take my time looking the car over and asking some questions before the test drive. Elena answered my questions thoroughly and with good knowledge of the car. She gave me space and time with no pressure whatsoever. She respectfully negotiated a very fair price and walked me through the paperwork with speed and efficiency. She was professional and knowledgeable, yet also relaxed and kind, even suggesting a good lunch spot for us and sending a text later on to check we’d made it home safely. The dealership itself was easy to find, spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. I don’t think the smile left my face all the way home. I LOVE my new car and I am so grateful to have discovered Hope Motorz. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. They are truly one of a kind! Just purchased our second car from Hope Motorz. We loved what is normally a less than enjoyable experience at other dealerships. Absolutely no pressure. The selection is just right. You don't have to filter through multiple low quality cars that are overpriced just to find something worth purchasing. The owners are selective in what they choose to sell and make the shopping experience easier. It's a family business and it shows that they care about what they do and the people they serve. We could not more highly recommend Hope Motorz. We will be back!

We (my wife and I) recently bought a 2007 Honda Accord at this dealership. The car appears to be in very good condition after driving it several hundred miles. We are well pleased. We also had a very pleasant experience learning to know these people. They (Alex and Elena) are much more than operators of a car dealership. Very soon they are dear friends. I trust these people because they have earned that trust. I would gladly buy here again.
