They said they would service me between 3 to 5 PM, 7:30 PM they still had not contacted me about service and did not return my calls. Terrible service

I had a bad experience with this company and would never recommend anyone use them. The person answering the phone abruptly hung up on my calls. Once the technician came he was unable to pick my lock or open with door with his under door equipment and had to drill through the lock. He seemed inexperienced and unskilled. Again when the company called to check on the service I received she abruptly hung up. There are many locksmiths available. Don't use KeyMe I called the customer service person who contacted me through google reviews the day after I sent the above review. She told me I would be reimbursed thru paypal and again abruptly hung up. It has been a week and I have neither been contacted again or reimbursed. I have a lock that doesn't work any longer and a $178.00 charge for it. This company does not stand by it's promises and does not have reliable contract locksmiths. Do not use KeyMe.

Easy and quick. I paid more than expected for one simple key, but the convenience and hours can't be beat. Getting to a hardware store with no car and my schedule is a lot harder than finding a Rite Aid.

Wanted $125 for a single key and only goes up to year 2010. Did not have the model number for the key I needed either. It was a moto key though, so perhaps other types are less and more readily available. Was easy to use still.
