Dropped my car off. Was told I did not have an appointment. Even though I have text messages and e-mails confirming my appointment and reminding me of my appointment and making sure I knew it was the Portland location. Called on the 4th day to get an idea of how it’s going. It was going in for 3 recalls and an alignment issue. Was told I would get a call back. No call back. Called 5th day. Was told I would get a call back. Nothing. I had to call for the 3rd time to finally get someone to tell me the status. Next time, I will drive to Wilsonville.

Great staff. Given that they are short on courtesy cars, they are using Uber to get the customer home. Got me in right on time and know exactly what needed to be taken care of on the recall

Came in for oil consumption test. Was treated very well. Waiting for Audi Corporate to get back to us Brought car in for new rings and pistons. Audi covered 50% of cost. Service was excellent. Provided loaner for 2 weeks while repair was made. Only thing we hoped was Audi may have covered a higher percent of cost

Had CEL for EGR cooler on my TDI. I do all my own work, but since this was covered under the dieselgate warranty I took it in. Nikki helped me and was great. She advised that they were pretty backed up and it could take quite awhile. I got my car back much sooner then expected. Would use again, if I don't wanna do the work. Recommend Audi service of PDX.

I do not recommend the service center at the airport. They do not do quality work and do not honor coupons or quotes they give.
Google maps is not the place to get a quote for repairs. You need to call them.
Not cheap. After all you did buy a premium German car. But they do a great job. They treat you like the most important thing in the world. I don't go anywhere else.

Yes, we have a night drop slot on the west side of the building. It's best to call and give our advisers your contact info, details on what you need, etc. but if that is not possible, there is an envelope to put the keys in with a simple form for you to complete.
