I have a heart monitor on for five days that I can't take off and can't get wet, and I realized very suddenly that I wouldn't be able to make it until Wednesday without washing my hair, and there's no way for me to do the acrobatics necessary to not get the heart monitor wet, not with my accidentally-sit-on-it-sometimes long hair. She fit me in very last minute for a hair wash and she was a lifesaver! She is a very pleasant person and the service was so relaxing (a welcome surprise after the last week I've had), and I can't remember the last time my hair felt this soft and clean without feeling heavy even with my usual care products. 10/10 would recommend and will return <3
