This location is horrible The kids (young people) that work at this metro on 82nd and Sandy close when ever the feel the urge to go home early. The hours may be to close at 5pm but they may have left and locked up at 4pm so be sure to call first if this is the location you need to be sure they're open.

Worsts Customer service I’ve ever encountered. Lady told us the device is not unlocked even after showing evidence of it being new and freshly bought, she kept insisting and belittling, until I ended up giving up and went to another Metro Store. When I went to the other Metro Store, they were able to get it set up and told us that the other rep did not set it up right. If the person insists it can’t be done, don’t waste your time trusting her judgement, please do your self a favor and go to another Metro Store that know what they are doing.

Had a great experience here today! Staff member Alejandra was super nice and helpful she knew exactly what she was doing. I saw other people giving staff a hard time it was very busy, staff handled the situation very well. But hey who isn't going to give you crap at a phone company. Love coming here to pay my phone bill they take care of you !
