Always out of phones.Promise new phone On a Monday not available Said they would call when they come in two weeks later no call.For new phone upgrade want to charge you Activation fee which is ridiculous,when your already in there plan

My wife and I actually had a great experience yesterday buying two new phones from Kiki! She was absolutely wonderful and really took the time needed with us. She has excellent customer service skills which I'm sure is why she is the store lead! I didn't catch the other employee's name but he was very friendly as well while helping other customers.

Had to pay a bill and buy a replacement phone. Was assisted immediately upon entering the store by a young woman who knew the brand, its merchandise, and services very well. Walked out of the store with what i needed, a bit information, and a few tips as well! Thank you!

Went in to get a new line and buy a new phone. The customer service from Yoanna was so horrific I didnt even leave the store with my new services. She lied about a promotion and yelled at me as I was leaving the store when I suggested customers appreciate honesty. Needless to say I immediately canceled my new service and had to eat $20 in fees. I have never been treated so bad while trying to spend money. Find another store if you want good honest customer service.

Everybody must be in a mask, there are 6 ft places for you to stand on and there are plastic barriers between customers and employees. I was very impressed with the safe working environment and safe shopping experience. Four paws up for caring about us and you and everybody.

Has anyone else had horrible customer service and found it difficult to leave a review? Yoanna has terrible customer service lies and has a horrible attitude for someone who deals in customer service.
