I have only been to the Clackamas location but I was definitely disappointed. My boyfriend convinced himself to buy 2 Soda Funko figured after succeeding at not spending money for a while. He has always wanted one and this seemed like a cool store to support. WRONG!! He opened them a few minutes after we purchased them and realized they had already been opened. The bags the figures come in were just ripped open. One of them didn’t even have their protective bubble wrap. And the other didn’t have a collectible piece telling you how many of those are made. We went back to get a refund but they would only exchange it for in store credit. Turns out they open them to find the secret limited edition ones and sell those for more than you can get them anywhere else. The employee was rude and had no customer service skills to begin with. What is the point of owning a collectible store if you defeat the novelty of collecting?? Only shop here if you want to be dissatisfied and disappointed.

Bought 2 items in store. 1 being a collectible that was a bit pricey and another being a cheaper funko pop. The funko pop I didn't realize was broken when I purchased because I didn't inspect the item before purchasing. I saw the item on a shelf and I asked them to get it for purchase. I haven't ever had broken funkos so it wasn't something I thought to check. When I got home the arm was broken off the figure. I contacted the company by phone several times to no avail and facebook messenger to which I only got autoreplies and ignored. It was a cheaper item <$20 but their customer service was sorely lacking. I don't live in OR and was only there for work without a rental car so I couldn't just drive into Portland to return the following day. I had rented a car specifically for one day to go to Portland from Bend with a group of nurses. I was also working 6 days a week so it's not like I had time off to drive back to the store. I was calling to find out about shipping it back to get a refund for the item being sold broken. I would warn customers to throughly check items before purchasing.

STARWARSTORE.COM at Washington Square Mall is a must go if you are anytype of fan. The store is kept clean and associates make sure it does not get crowded. It is ADA accessible and associates are nearby to help you find what you looking for. This store has everything from fun cheap accessories to high end collectibles and it is just fun to browse.

It is a locally owned small business. Call them and see what they could do as you could do curbside pickup at WS. Suggest having a Zoom, SKYPE, or Facetime conversation. They may be able to walk you through the store via technology.

They have a wide selection of toys ranging from current figures under $10, to collectible, rare or no longer produced toys that may go for anywhere between $20-100+. It's a fun store to simply walk through to see the history of star wars action figures and more.
