Understaffed, but each employee seemed still attentive to the customers in the store as much as they could be. The employee who helped me was able to find the guitar I wanted still new in a box in the back, which was really nice 🙂

Love this place! A little quiet but sometimes that’s a good thing! Jam out out without distraction! I had a guitar string and tuned in the same day. I was told it was about a 1 week turnaround but the guy called me back a few hours later informing me that it was finished! Amazing service! Great work and thank you!

Edit: everything is back in stock as of March 2022. Good to be able to shop again. 2020: Not a lot of stock right now. Half of it seems empty. Not like the good old days of being able to try out almost any guitar or keyboard out there.
