I lost my phone and asked or the cheapest phone and they went on to say the phone case was included and then went on to charge me 30.00 for a piece of plastic. She THEN tried to not give me a receipt, I made her give me a receipt and showed her she did charge me for a case, it wasn't included, I asked for the manager and she said she couldn't not return it, they bundle deals without u seeing what they charge you for, I use to own a cell phone store, that's now how you run a business

Came in from Los Ángeles to possibly start a plan because I moved got recommended to cricket but when I showed up this bigger older lady said she was manager and would “hook me up”. As I looked at receipt said she gave me phone for free and charged me 90 bills for a thin case!! She told me case was free and phone was $150. Hustled me homes. I went back 2 days later to exchange because phone wasn’t working but store was closed and has been..so is the store like closed down now? Overall bad experience ima try metro

Went there yesterday to discuss my lack of network connection only to find out this morning on my own there is a transformer down in my neighborhood since June 8. You would think they would have known that being in the same neighborhood. I want a credit for my last 2 phone bills. Really disappointed

This cricket is horrible. They have music playing so loud you can hear it from outside the door! The worker's are loud and have no respect for other businesses next to them. I would never use them as a cell provider. Their lack of courtesy is disgusting.
