Wife went to the store to troubleshoot a problem with her phone as it was the closest option. Her phone has failed 2 x and we were planning to get a new phone. She did not have our 4 digit code and could not call me (due to the malfunctioning phone). The male employee on today 3/28/22 around 10:30 am would not let her use any phones in the store to simply call me for the 4 digit pin. This is simply terrible customer care and frankly Verizon will loose customers quickly for poor customer service. There was a simple solution and no explanation was given. She was dismissed with no attempt to help the situation.

Amelia was fantastic. Her customer service was exceptional, her technical knowledge was excellent, and her overall friendliness made our upgrades super easy. If you need to go to a Verizon store, go to this one and ask for Amelia. You will not be disappointed.

This location does not but the Sherwood location does. Hey are not open today but will be open tomorrow at 1100. His name is David.
Staff wears masks. There is a line around each customer service employee at 6 ft that you are not supposed to go into on the floor. There's also a plastic tall shield on the desks surrounding the customer service employees.
