Yext Sabotaged our listings and changed the description for all my clients to one used on previous client. They tanked multiple search engine rankings for my clients! I'm probably going to sue them $YEXT

I was a partner for a year and spent a considerable amount of money with Yext. I was assigned a new account Manager a few days before my contract was set to auto-renew (30 days notice) . The new account manager never contacted me, and when I finally called to cancel he said I was past my 30 day time period, so even before my contract renews, they will not let me cancel and are holding me for a minimum commitment for another year. Is this how you keep customers, by making them do business when they don't want to? I fulfilled my minimum commitment 3 fold, and tried to cancel 2 weeks before my contract is over, yet you won't budge. BEWARE of YEXT!
