Placed my order about 2 hours ago says store is open til 10 but seems like they’re closed or something it’s said multiple drivers have showed up and then it changes again to another driver. This is unacceptable. Why let me place an order if I’m never going to get it now I won’t get refund for 3-5 days just because they didn’t want to the their job and leave early. I want my refund and more this is ridiculous. We order this for dinner and haven’t eaten because we were expecting this order. Absolutely terrible business model no wonder burger kings are closing left and right they can’t even do their job.

This location is no good... One day had to wait 15 minute at drive through speaker with no visible cars in front of me to give them my mobile order number. No less then 3 cars pulled up behind me to wait, and then backed up and left. Another day online took my order and the store was closed with three employees inside during business hours. And today see picture, where is the egg? Smaller then a slice of cheese... Disapointing

Go back with the receipt and show it to them and tell them they failed to give you your sundae
I believe they have had issues with staffing there. Most likely had to close due to nobody covering shifts.
Horrible, none of the staff was wearing a mask while making my food, and sometimes they don't wear a mask when handing out the food or taking cash
It's pretty good.
