This store is amazing. Not only do they have plenty of cool products for animals, a lot of which appear to be artisan made, but the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell everyone who works there really cares about the well being of the customers and their pets. I brought my young cat into the store in a bag, but before i could check out he had an accident. Caycie (i’m sorry if i spelled your name wrong i’m pretty bad with names 😢😢) noticed that I was missing from the store and politely helped me when she found me in the stores bathroom. She used lots of products to help clean up my bag and ensured that it was safe and clean for my cat. And after all of that she didn’t even want a tip, they said they do that because “they’re amazing” which is very true. I felt extremely safe and understood in this store and I’m definitely coming back :)

Your employee Jake is awful. I overheard him making fun of a different customer who was STILL in the store to another employee. That employee was visibly uncomfortable. He had appeared agitated the two times he rang me up. I use to support this local business even though it's more expensive than across the street because of the staff. I won't be shopping here anymore if that's pet "pros" quality. Only reason I didn't give it one star was angelique and dawn have been great

The young lady on staff both times I've been there has been wonderful. Friendly, shares stories and advice, and attentive. They helped me pick a harness for my puppy and some training treats.

After months of asking them to get my dogs food in, i actually went into the store thismorning with my little girl and when I mentioned they needed to restock it, the same lady that was rude to me about this last time I was in...(Donna) was like “excuse me?! It’s not our fault the delivery is always late”... Even my 8 year old daughter said she was rude today and a couple of my friends had mentioned the same thing! Yet, they had a new delivery of food today...which is why I went in today... I’ve been asking for 2 months now. They need to fire the morning lady and hire someone who knows what good customer service is... I’ve been in the industry all my life and I have never had a retailer so rude to me before. Even though Petco is 20 minutes away, I much rather go there from now on. Pet Pros might be convenient for some people, but I refuse to be treated like that. They’ve completely lost my business now, along with a few of my friends...
