I was in this store and I needed help putting my screen protector on and kim was happy to help me. She is so nice and personable. I got my kids recent phones from there. She also helped me get all step up. Whenever I go there she is the only employee I want helping me she knows her stuff and dosent bat an eye to stop whatever she is doing to help. THIS IS NOT VERIZON IT IS A SEPARATE COMPANY "VICTRA "USING VERIZON NAME TO MASK ITSELF. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR SERVICES. I UPGRADED PHONES. I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED FOR UPGRADING BUT DUE TO ORDERING PHONE THRU THIS STORE ....THEY HID THE FACT THEY WOULD BE CHARGING A SEPARATE "IN STORE FEE" OF $25 I was told 2-3 days for phone delivery and that took 6 while I was sitting with a broken phone. This company doesn't give a $+&$; about you or the employees. Update after response from VICTRA: Email sent to VICTRA without any response from VICTRA. Review response is just another mask worn. AVOID THIS LOCATION NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE

Went to the Eastport store to purchase a new phone, Found out my phone was an antique. Demetrio was very pleasant in helping me choose a new phone, a new plan and transferring all my info. He was the only salesman in the store so not only helped us but all the other customers that walked in at the time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I went to Verizon hoping to have some questions answered about getting a new phone. Isaiah H. was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the many options I had available to me. He was able to tell me which deals would work most in my favor, and I left fully equipped with much more than I could have asked for. He helped me choose the best phone for what I was looking to do, and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't need or want. He's like a wizard with the deals, punching in numbers and combinations to figure out how to get the most money off your bill. I HIGHLY recommend going here and talking to him!
