I called this company last year to get new furnace and air put in my house I was told they were 6 months out on the work and was to be put on a waiting list never heard no more from them before febrary of this year I called them as pilot light kept going out got their voice mail left messages 5 times never got call back from them so on Feb 2 I had to call ables to get this taken care of and so Seward never called me back I could have froze to death with all the cold weather we've had so I will not recommend Seward to no one they lost business from me they must not care about their business

With previous bad experience with another local company, Seward Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. Our central air fan was not kicking on and we made the call at 8 am and was given a time frame of 10-12 the same day. The tech arrived and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Had the part we needed and fixed it and cleaned the unit within 30 minutes. And the price was very reasonable. Will definitely call them again for future issues as well as purchases and definitely would recommend them.
