When I signed up for this gym I had high hopes. The equipment was older however there are plenty of free weights and dumbbells. The machines however are very non-traditional. The basketball course (balls supplied are equivalent to what you’d find in a middle school gymnasium) and turf field are nice additions. The sauna is a nice touch but sadly only reaches 58°C (136°F). The biggest issue this gym has is it’s hours of operation. They are closed early on the weekends (4pm) and at 10pm the rest of the week. These hours are great for those that have a consistent schedule (9-5) but those of us that work odd hours have limited access to the gym. They often close all together on holidays. This gym needs to adapt a 24/7 model like others in the area so it’s members aren’t forced to miss out on opportunities to better themselves.

A day pass is 12, and a yearly membership is 35 a month with a processing fee of 50 dollars for the first month i believe
Yes, there is a full shower area in both the men's and women's locker rooms.
I don't know the cost just go to the website it will tell you. I love the place, the staff is wonderful and the clientel are Friendly. I think you and your family should stop in for a look.
