The Pearlman Clinic in Encinitas is outstanding. Great staff & excellent doctors. I see Dr. Das and he is wonderful. Just had my annual physical and my health & blood work is better than ever and being in my late 60s that's saying something. I give all the credit to Dr Das. He checked me from stem to stern, explained every section of my blood work in detail answering all my questions and because of his suggestions my cholesterol dropped 40 points in less than 3 months with no medication and overall I'm healthier than I've been in over a decade. I feel great and I couldn't be happier. The support staff in the Encinitas office is the best. Thank you Teresa and Hannah. P.S. Just read a one-star review and her statement that the office staff was rude is absolute nonsense, they couldn't be more professional, efficient and kind. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to see my doctor. Also, the negative review mentioned a female doctor I've never heard of so it's likely she was referring to the perlman clinic in the forum shops or possibly Vista and not this Encinitas office at 477 North El Camino Real. I'm not aware of any female doctors or PA's at this location. The 2 doctors at this location are Mark Kalina MD and Gourab Das PA-C.

Dr. Kalima is probably the best doctor in the world. I wouldn't want my primary Doctor to be anyone else. He is very caring and intelligent. Best best best.

My first visit to Perlman Clinic and with Dr Kalina was very nice. Although he was backed up on time, he was kind and apologetic. I felt like he really listened and followed up with a personal text. I got the dermatologist referral I was looking for and some good additional advice. I’m really glad to be a patient here. All the staff were very pleasant as well.

This place is unbelievable and does not have patients best interest at heart. They cancelled my appointment and would not see my infant daughter, who has a bad cough, in person because “the doctor felt uncomfortable”. I thought a doctor took an oath to treat the ill to the best of their ability. She would only see her online. How are you supposed to check her temperature, ears, throat and chest virtually? How would she determine if she has an ear infection or throat infection virtually? We went to Scripps Urgent Care who immediately saw her and were appalled that this place would not see my child in person. The doctor Alice Lin MD should rethink being a doctor if she is too uncomfortable to treat patients.
