Certain workers are more than helpful while others are not. Some can be super friendly and others are extremely rude. I was lucky enough to deal with a very caring worker that was on top of her job, but before her, my son told multiple workers about being abused and nothing was acknowledged. Things need to be better.

Still trying to figure out exactly why my step daughter was taken and placed in a foster home without family even being considered for placement, this is the SECOND TIME this has happened. Her grandmother is already in the system and has had custody of her other grand children but not for her? She's 4 years old and her family wants her but instead she's sleeping with strangers. Please tell me your doing the best for the child when that child is without a doubt scared to death and miserable and wanting her mamaw and papa and daddy!!
