We came in today to pick up a new phone and Markese (forgive my spelling!) was so professional and personable with us as he was also tending to at least 4 other people all at once. He was moving between everyone with ease and an exceptional attitude! Give this man a raise, he’s making a frustrating experience delightful! Highly recommend working with him. I wish these retail stores would have a much better way of handling people waiting for service. Waited 30 minutes for somebody to help me, only to tell me they couldn’t help me. My issue could only be solved over the phone.

AT&T has the worst customer service. The people they hire are inept and yet completely arrogant. Their lack of understanding AT &Ts own ludicrous processes along with their inability to hold a conversation without talking over the customer and insinuating they know best is laughable. I will never again be a customer of AT&T!!
