Wonderful staff person, but the only one working that day. She has 5 people waiting for her help. Apparently AT&T is too cheap to pay for more than one employee at a store at a time.

I came in the store with intention to purchase 2 new iPhones, and open up a new shared family account. The representative didn’t listen to me. She got on an iPad, opened up new account without our authorization, didn’t go over pricing, and then was unable to share accurate information with me. She then told her supervisor that we wanted to cancel because it “wasn’t cheap enough” I have been with AT&T for 30+ years, and this experience had me running out of the building to my car to talk to customer service. I then had to go to a corporate store where I found out that she had set up the account in another persons social, spelt my partners name incorrectly, and didn’t set a passcode which led us to have to drive downtown to verify our ID. I will never return, shop around you will be thankful you did.

FANTASTIC service from Landon who greeted us immediately when we walked in. He was friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very knowledgeable on ALL things related to getting a new phone. Such a treat considering so many places are struggling with customer service these days. I cannot express enough how great the experience was. HIGHLY recommend this store and requesting Landon. Hannah was also in the store and even though we didn’t work with her we saw her delivering stellar customer service as well. They are both a valuable asset to ATT. Thanks for the amazing customer service! Highly recommend.

I popped into this store a couple of times to sort something out with my phone and purchase a new one. Hannah was super friendly and helpful on both occasions. Landon also helped on the second visit and was also very friendly and helpful. It's a great team that's working here!
