Came to this store twice to resolve what was the biggest administrative headache imaginable with my Verizon account. First time the lady who attended to me was incredibly unhelpful(granted she said she was new). My second visit to solve the same issue I was helped by Bradley. They heard me out and took the time to understand the issue fully and empathized with the frustration this issue caused me. Bradley was a total pro- got the issue resolved and explained what might’ve gone wrong. huge thanks to them

I brought my mother in law in today because she was having problems with her phone lagging. It turns out she'd been tricked into downloading Spyware and viruses. Mo spent the time to go through her apps and clear everything out so her phone could run and then double checked to make sure it was running smoothly. He showed me how to check as well so that we can trouble shoot on our own next time. I was really impressed with his knowledge and patience. I also have an account at Verizon and Mo and Josh, the store manager, told me about a great internet deal but after checking my service area advised I should wait longer so that when we're ready the service will be better. I appreciated their honesty and not being sold a service that wouldn't have benefitted me yet. I absolutely recommend this location!

I had a great experience at the Stark Street Verizon location today. Shaun (spelling?) was very helpful and fast. I dropped my phone in a river last week. He got me a new phone, case, screen protector and charger all in about 20 minutes. He gave me several options, explained everything clearly and let me know that if I bought 3 accessories instead of 2 I would get a 30% discount. Thanks for the great quick service!

DO NOT BUY ANY PHONE OR SERVICE FROM VERIZON YOU WILL REGRET IT. This is the biggest nightmare ever. They have no customer service and are completely incompetent. I came from T-Mobile and I am going back asap. Yes there might be a couple extra bars in very remote places but T-Mobile is so professional and helpful DONT DO IT. You will remember this review and say “ I should have listened to the guy on Google “ no joke. They waste your time and energy. So pathetic. , I went to a corporate store and they couldn’t let me into my account after an hour. BS. After working 8 hours. Then they locked my account for fraud even though I had the pin and ID.

No, they've told me in the past that they are not a "repair" shop and that I should just use my phone's insurance. So basically anything more than a new screen saver is too much work for them. Sorry 😐.
Limited number coming in. Wiping down counters, etc. after every customer. Usual covid safety protocols.
