Don't do it. * Maintenance doesn't answer calls (Our sink was backed up for weeks) * The apartment complex floods * I've had my car broken into * I've had to park in the street during snow storms * Racoons are living in the attic space (We have video) * When you leave, they will try to withhold large portions of your security deposit and the only way to get it back is to go to court. * Dog weight limit is not followed

Maintenance staff does not make repairs. When you call the maintenance service number, a person takes the info and it goes into a system and then nothing happens. The only way to get them to make repairs is to walk around outside and track a maintenance staff person down. Once, I had no heat for a week. Called over and over. Finally the service person connected me to a maintenance person's cell phone who immediately chastised me. He said "No heat for a week? Why didn't you call?" I have work orders for repairs in the system unattended to that are months old. The dog size limit (25 pounds) is not enforced. But if you can't afford higher rent basically everywhere else, what can you do?

If you can find another place to live, go there! I just moved in November and so far I have needed 2 new shower heads, a new toilet and the shower faucet leaks non stop and management is a complete joke.

My husband and I lived here for about two years 2013-2015. The apartments are fairly large. They allow pets which is great. The maintenance staff was very friendly but we did have some ongoing issues with the heat. The few things that stand out though are that it is very close to the parkway, Barnes & Noble, Target, and several restaurants that are quick and easy to get to. A lot of other shopping has come in since we left as well. The Cranford pool is only about 10 minutes away. We also met some of the nicest people of anywhere we had ever lived. We haven’t had neighbors that friendly since then!
