Horrible attitude. It was my first time walking into this bakery. I waited in what I thought was a line to order and heard numbers being called out. One of the employees looked at me and shouted “whats your number?”. I told her “I don’t have one, I haven’t ordered”. She gave me attitude as she told me I needed to grab a number from behind me to order. I was shocked at her attitude but said “no problem” and took a number. She proceeded to ask what my number was so I said 86. She went on to give me more attitude, speaking loudly and waving her hands as she walked towards the register and said “well I’ve been calling that number for a while now”. I looked at her and said “ma’am I just got this number”. She continued to be rude towards me so I went to the counter put my number on the countertop and told her “because of your attitude, don’t worry here’s your number, have a good day” and walked out. She made a mocking face towards me and said some inaudible things as I walked away. I was not willing to tolerate anymore of her rudeness and attitude. It’s very unfortunate that employees like her, who lack customer service and are incapable of controlling their attitude, set the tone for a bad experience and deter people from ever returning to a place of business.
