Having been a T-Mobile customer since 2015, I can confidently say that the branch on 11924 SE Division St in Portland, Oregon managed by Angel is going to be the single location that I recommend my friends and will be going to for all my needs. The single reason - they have your best interest in mind. My wife and I had one simple task, add two lines to my account with a grandfathered One Plus plan. We had done our initial research, visited a few branches, and even talked to the call center but none of them were about to give us an answer that aligned with what we had seen on the mobile app. Unfortunately, we needed the lines that week and could not wait for the processing and shipping time if we were to order them through the mobile app. Fortunately, we went to the branch on Division, and Angel's team, Bernie in particular provided us with answers without hesitation that aligned with everything we had researched! Not only were we able to get the lines at the price we saw on the mobile app, he told us about other promotions to help us save money! Since I have a grandfathered plan, Bernie needed to work with the call center to activate the lines and what impressed me is that he stressed to the representative on the phone multiple times, without me mentioning it, we did not want to change our plan since it would cost me more. Bernie's level of exceptional service did not stop there! Even though their branch did not have the phone I wanted, he partnered with Angel to transfer the phone to their branch in under an hour. This story is only a fraction of the memorable customer service experience I had with Angel and Bernie. My hope is that they are recognized and rewarded for the level of dedication and effort they are giving to the brand.

Definitely the young white lady who was helping me at March 22 2022 at 3:05 PM was not welcoming and felt she was discriminating me. I like here but not this time.

I went to this store after being told by another T-Mobile store that they couldn't help me. Catie Nelson at this store listened to my problem which was about Home Internet, not her speciality, and she was very diligent and patient to help me through the maze of customer service. Now my internet is working (and is terrific by the way), thanks to Catie. I wish there were more customer service people like her.

I have switched carriers a dozen plus times, Liana was extremely efficient porting 4 lines. We were in and out within a half hour. She also went above and beyond when there was an unforeseen wrinkle after the fact. I cannot thank her enough for all the work she did to honor the deal I shouldn’t have received.

Questions & Answers

If a person is stolen with a phone and insurance is paid for is the phone be company able to track that phone location and device to locate the person especially when they are a child? With parents controls?

Its really on your to track your own device but they may be able to provide ways that would help tracking that phone.
