I received a Samsung watch about 3 weeks ago. The store we went to set it up sent us on our way when the phone said it was all set. About three days ago I realized they didn't numbersync it when I was having an issue, so I called tech support. Almost three hours later they couldn't get it to numbersync so they told me to return the watch. I tried the original store again to see if the manager could help and he had been transferred to another store. Of the four employees present, three were trainees and the fourth was a manager. None could help with numbersync. So I took the watch back and exchanged it for a new watch. When I received the watch yesterday I went to the Cascade Station store. Alex greeted me, I explained my situation and we sat down and he said they could help me. We got to the all set message, tried it out and numbersync hadn't been done. Alex followed the numbersync steps and it didn't work. He called Juan over, the two of them did some brainstorming and when another customer came in Alex went to assist and Juan tried some of the possible solutions they had come up with. Then he tried numbersync again - and this time it worked! They were both patient, persistent and friendly. After the frustration of dealing with customer service the day before, it was such a relief that they were able to make it work. I left as a very happy customer. Thanks Alex and Juan.

Was having trouble with making calls, it would dial, then within seconds it would hang up! I went to one ATT store and the guy said "ATT has been having network issues, so I don't need to replace your sim card" and handed my phone back. When I went to the att store at Cascade Station, the person immediately checked a couple of things an swapped the sim with a new one. That fixed the problem as well as restoring my confidence with AT&T, thank you.

Went into this location to order a new phone and switch my service from Verizon to AT&T, and I believe who helped us was Jose, if I remember correctly. I was having a terrible time trying to log into my Verizon account to get a certain code for the service transfer, forgot my password for the APP and my service signal was absolutely awful which made everything worse. Jose stayed very patient, professional and kind the whole time and once I started to give up trying to figure it out he offered to do it for me and was able to get it instantly. It was ultimately a very quick and easy process minus my own personal struggle with my phone. I'm happy to be switching to At&T!
