Used this shop numerous times in a row for my Fords up until I was quoted $1800 to replace my transfer case when it wasn't actually the issue. Consulted another shop and turned out to be the vacuum actuators on my 2008 F150. So, I saved $1800 on a pointless repair by going elsewhere, but was still satisfied with the services I specifically asked for, but didn't ask for diagnostics regarding.
