I had a flat fixed here. The guy who helped me seemed lost and one of the mechanics was swearing and joking inappropriately as he was coming and going. That's fine in the shop, but unprofessional around customers. Glad my kids were with my wife elsewhere in the store. That said, my flat is fixed and still holding air and it wasn't too expensive. It was Sunday and I didn't have another option, but I would recommend going elsewhere unless everywhere else is closed or Walmart's price is significantly better. Pro tip: I've had Les Schwab fix my flats for free, even tires I didn't buy from them.

I got the runaround from two different walmarts. I was trying to go get my tires serviced and went to one store. They told me they wouldn't deal with my tires because I didn't purchase them at that location and that I needed to go back to the Nampa store. I went to the Napa store I was there at 5:00 and the entire Auto center was completely shut down. I talked to a store manager in another department who said that I would be very unlikely to get any kind of warranty even though the tires are almost bald after 20,000 miles when they were quoted at a 60,000 mile warranty. These people are absolutely Jokers who are willing to sell you something but unwilling to back it up with any kind of warranty. Very frustrated and deeply saddened that you buy a product and have zero support.

I went to the Wal-Mart on 12th St in Namap ID tires service at 4:05 pm with a 3inch screw in my back tire, there were no cars but one in the middle bay, the gentleman walked up to ask what I needed I explained to him I needed a patch job, he told me cause they closed in 35 mins he couldn't patch my tire, what I've never heard of a company turn away customers, Thanks Les Swabs for helping me even though you closed at 5. I feel better knowing my tire was done right. Myself nor my family will never shop at Walmart again especially cause it maybe closing lol Wal-Marts a joke now. 😂

Was a very stressful experience not to mention I had all 4 tires replace that I had warranties on. This was my second time buying all tires and they were giving me the run around so I just paid and left. I feel a little ripped off not sure if I'll be returning
