It's been great, but a few weeks ago I made a 30 minute drive to pick up my stuff only to find a hand written "sorry we're closed" sign on the door. I'd expect more from a big company like Amazon. A message to all customers that had items there announcing the closure seems appropriate.

Always friendly and easy. No matter pickups or return dropoffs. Unfortunately no parking spots in front except across the street where some characters hang out on the curb by plaid pantry.

I've sometimes been frustrated with Amazon's return procedures... mainly because it seems like sometimes I'm required to print a return label and sometimes I'm not allowed to print a return label. I had a really good experience with a tall African American gentleman at the return center that explained, the return type is dictated by the seller and if you have one return type here's how you change it to the other return type. He didn't make me feel stupid, he was kind and smart, and it made me want to shop with Amazon. Good job <3

Great customer service inside. Convenient to drop in box once you're in the door. Getting to this location is why it doesn't get good 4 or 5 star rating. If you can pack your goods on a bicycle it's fine. Taking Uber or Lyft, fine. Walking, still okay. Driving? It's the pits. "Vision Ugly" right outside the door. It's what Portland is doing all over town. Painted streets & white restriction poles. Try pulling over for emergency vehicles with those in the way. If it were old days, you'd be able to park in a 15 minute loading zone parking and voila, errand done. Me, I'm lucky. My guy dropped me at the traffic light and he went around the block to return for me after few minutes. If the art museum gets to expand its facility as it has proposed, then even my option will not be good. The dipsty doodle that will be needed to get back to there will be agonizing. Find a new location, Amazon. Until then, I'll keep imposing on my fella for the drop off & pick up of me!

Three kiosks, sign into your amazon account, select the item you are returning from your recent orders and it will print a self adhesive label, if you brought the box they have tape so you can re-seal it, otherwise they have various sizes of baggies you can put the item in. Label the baggie/box and drop it in the return bin.
Roscoe. Why tell someone anything if you don't know jack about jack.Roscoe is desperate for friends
Unfortunate no. But great suggestion!
No. Only Amazon bought items. They will not accept Wal mart items.
9 pm
Just street parking. Its metered. You can use cash or card at the meters. Or use the parking kitty app.
Talk to the person at the counter
I like using the UPS store
No, but there is hand sanitizer
I think it's better to call customer care regarding this.
It’s 15 days at this wholefoods hub. The kind at other locations such as 7/11, plaid pantry, etc is 3 days.
Go on Indeed.com and search Amazon Warehouse in Salem, OR. They have limited applications for supervisory and management positions available as of today, and more should be released closer to the time of the warehouse opening.
Yes, you can! You'll have to see an associate so they can print the label for you at the front counter!
In not sure what your question is? This is an Amazon location, where packages can be picked up or dropped off.
When I went they didn't want any box , but I got small stuff to send
For the most part ,it is self serve . But in the event of help , there are staff there to fanagle you through the system !
Yeah if you go to return a package. You can print out the return slip here and deposit it.
Someone stole a package off my porch. I went into my Amazon app chat, told them, sighted the order number, they refunded my account and I just reordered the item.
Never do that ,I did the same thing ,and lost a $45 part doing that ,spent hours on line/phone trying to explain . Luckily that rep said" DONT DO AGAIN !!!"and refunded my money right away !😏with all the pickups at that hub ,there's bound to be some packaging in the recycle bins! That's what I do to help cut down on waste !
Not available for purchase. However, they have recycling for shipping boxes, under the central worktable (where customers can unpackage their items, if desired), which is usually full of flat boxes you can take, I believe.
Dont go to Gresham for the downtown location. That would be wrong.
There are free packaging bags provided in various sizes for customers.
Yes, but parking is far away
No you cannot pick up packages after hours, but the site is open 9am-9pm every day unless otherwise noted.
Not too easy finding a spot during the day.
Based on busyness, it looks like it's open 9am-9pm.
As long as you have a confirmation email anytime between 9am and 9pm. They'll help you out if you get confused.
There are a few spots directly across the street. Availability varies per the typical trends downtown.
No
Apply online with Amazon.
