The employees are rude before you even open your mouth. The hours on their answering machine don’t match the actual hours posted on the door. They don’t answer the phone and their voicemail inbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Going in person, you’ll get a brush off, rolled eyes, and plenty of attitude for daring to ask a question about picking up a package that you were notified was held at this location.

This store has some really odd hours. Seems like being located in a business district should have it open normal business times but nope, half the time I go it's closed.

People need to stop complaining about petty things when it comes to a business like this. Yes, this location is often closed when it's supposed to be open and it opens late, but the owner is running the whole show by himself! I don't think people understand how hard it is to own a local business let alone attempt to rely on staff to work or even show up. Especially downtown! The owner of this store is kind and tries his hardest under very demanding circumstances. Yes, it's the type of business he chose to run, but in a world of real problems outside of our little bubble...this store isn't one of them.

I am beyond frustrated with this place. The store has boxes stacked up to the point its a safety hazard. Every time I get a package delivered, it sits there for DAYS and if I'm lucky, they might be able to find it. I had a package delivered 3 business days ago and they still can't find it. I would give this place no stars if I could. They're selling a service they can't provide. Absolute ripoff and waste of time. Edit: went in today to pickup the last of my mail and close my box down. Surprise, I was in there for almost 30 minutes while they sifted through everything pictured looking for my mail.
