Nice hotel, very well located for cruise departures. The rooms are a tad worn, but clean. We had a fun view of the port to watch the cruise ships. Our morning arrival and noon check-in was a breeze, but later arrivals we saw were stuck in long lines at Reception. Staff is friendly and helpful; it wasn't their fault, but the hotel was clearly understaffed for the big influx of cruisers. The lobby was full both days we were there of people waiting for shuttle buses to the nearby port. We hailed a Lyft car which arrived in 2 minutes for a moderately lower price than the $5.50pp charged by the hotel. It was nice to avoid the mob and ride by ourselves to the port.

Loved the room and Bobbie our waiter/bartender at the restaurant was amazing!!! He was by himself and he handled all of us with grace,respect and cheerfulness. Needs more pay !!!! Only bad thing was waiting over 2 hrs to be allowed to check in to our room. This was uncomfortable, unacceptable and I felt disrespectful.

Yes they do but it's such a short walk then if it's the right time of day with the beautiful sunrise or Sunset you may want to take that walk it's not they have a shuttle every 30 minutes

I stayed at the hotel in June 2019 and was charged $8 per day per pass. Expensive if you have multiple vehicles. They rip you off here.
The hotel has a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise dock but not to and from LAX. We stayed there in May and used Primetime shuttles. We found their private car service to be really good and would use them again. Our flight was also hours late and the driver still met us OK.
Yes. A self laundry service is located on the second floor near the fitness room. A washer and a dryer is avalable.
