Ordered on their app at 9pm Sunday. Store closes at 10. Got there 9:20 they can’t get into the system to make any food because the manager JUST left 10 minutes ago….. so he was there when my order came through…… no refund as of yet according to the district manager 24-48 hours. Will wait and call back because ironically I just started a new job and that $28 I need for GAS because I’m on my LAST.

Do not order here for any reason. Ordered take out/pick up on Sunday night to be ready at 9:30PM (30 minutes prior to close). Charged for my order, got there on time, and all the lights were on but doors locked. Employees inside just laughed and wouldn't answer the phone, but the store will not answer the phone or respond to emails/customer service follow up and won't refund the money for the food that I did not receive.

The worst Five Guys experience ever. No peanuts. Ketchup dispensers both empty. We were the only customers and it still took 30 minutes to get our food. And then when others came in and ordered they left our food on the prep tables until all the other orders were done and gave them all together. And the workers were very rude Horrible!

First I would like to say this was my first time going to Five Guys. I wasn’t expecting the price I decided to get a little cheeseburger lettuce tomatoes pickles and grilled onions. I should’ve open the sandwich there like I do at cook out, but I waited till I got home to realize I have no cheese on my burger which was 95 extra cents. The burger was good but the meat had no taste I’m sure the cheese would’ve helped. Not real sure if I go back
