Not happy with this experience..got it in Monday.....nothing!!....had to stay at a expensive hotel Monday night....I was on the list they said....Tuesday....took it to a different place and out in 30 minutes.....can not belive this..will not be coming back here!!-...ever!!!!

I purchased a 2022 f-150 from them back in April and my CarPlay doesn’t work properly. Everyday when I drive by their dealership it kicks me out of carplay doesn’t matter what time whether they are opened or closed kicks me out of carplay so I tell them they say it’s a known problem and they don’t know what the fix is for it. Still no fix but I find out this has been a issue since January so that with that being said they sold me a vehicle they know didn’t work right and I’m still getting the run around on when it’ll be fixed. Customer service to them is to tell you whatever you wanna hear so you shut up and hopefully forget about what’s going on. I’ve spoken with several people sent Todd crossley several emails and can’t get a response from him. Lesson learned I’ll never buy from there again!!

I've never had luck with service dept. Others have. One body job quote on hail damage said one week. Took 3 1/2 weeks
