I’ve been to this salon a couple times now, and I have never been disappointed in their service until today. I called this afternoon to see if they had any openings and she told me they could squeeze me in at 5:45. Wonderful. I walked in at 5:45 and I sat in the pedicure chair until 6:15. For 30 minutes, I did not have a single person talk to me besides the initial instructions to pick out my colors. They did not even fill my water bowl to soak my toes. After 30 minutes, I picked my stuff up and left. I appreciate them attempting to squeeze me in but it was a complete waste of my time. Just tell me if you’re too busy and I would have come in a different day.
